Bartender Associate Job Description

Appocalypse Inc. dba BOTY App is a new technology company that is creating disruptive and fun technology.  The company is based out of Washington, DC but the position will be based in and around the Miami, FL area working alongside the Founder and Sales & Marketing Coordinator.  We are currently looking for a Bartender Associate for a startup mobile app called BOTY. BOTY is a mobile app connecting people at the bar.

Job Responsibilities

Overview

• Promote the BOTY brand through a variety of marketing activities.
• Actively recruit new users.
• Gather feedback from clients and provide innovative insight to the BOTY team members.
• Be knowledgeable of BOTYs products and communicate to the public.
• Drive new customers through marketing efforts.

Social Media Marketing

• Promote BOTY brand and apparel on various social media channels.

Mobile Application

• Update profile completely.
• Update schedule on a weekly basis.
• Check in during work shifts.

BOTY Trivia Meetups

• Identify target areas to set up trivia meetups.
• Pitch bars and restaurants via phone, email, online and in person to participate in BOTY Trivia Meetups.
• Act as a host for BOTY Trivia events and secure payments from host locations.
• Provide contents from the events that include pictures, videos and feedback from events.

Promotional Events/Partnerships

• Identify promotional event opportunities.
• Coordinate event logistics and participation.
• Seek partnership/sponsorship opportunities.

Team Meetings

• Attend team meetings via Google Hangouts on a weekly basis.
• Be available for additional meetings as needed.
• Communicate with team members via Trello, Google Hangouts, Facebook Workplace, text and phone.

Salary

The Bartender Associate will be paid $100 per week plus bonus. Additional income opportunities include:

• Revenue to be a Trivia Host
• Pay per user download plus Bonus

BOTY App will constantly review performance and increase pay based on contribution to success and growth of the company.
