Irish Coffee

Irish coffee is a cocktail consisting of hot coffee, Irish whiskey. It also consists of sugar and you stir and top with thick cream. You drink the coffee through the cream. The original recipe explicitly uses cream not whipped, although drinks made with whipped cream are often sold as “Irish coffee.”
