Log into your establishment account from the BOTY mobile app on your Android or iOS device:

 

To View Bartenders: 

1. Click Profile in the upper right hand corner
2. Click View Details
3. Click Bartenders

 

To Add Bartenders: 

1. Click Profile in the upper right hand corner
2. Click View Details
3. Click Bartenders
4. Click + in the upper right hand corner
5. Type in the name of the bartender from the different options:
   1. Mobile
   2. Facebook
   3. Google
   4. BOTY Users
   5. My Contacts
6. Select the bartender from the results

 

To Delete Bartenders: 

1. Click Profile in the upper right hand corner

1. Click View Details
2. Click Bartenders
3. Click Remove under the name of the Bartender you want to delete

 

There are a few things to know about adding a bartender to your page:

• The bartender that you selected will receive a notification that you are adding them to your page.
• If the bartender’s profile is private, they first have to click accept before the bartender will be added to your page.
• The bartender must already have a profile as a bartender on BOTY. You can not use this method to create a new bartender or add an individual who is listed as another profile in BOTY, such as a Networker or Patron.
